Nadine has been working in The Rose Hotel as Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator since last November. She started in her new role pretty much straight away after returning home to Tralee having lived in Brazil for six years with her husband and two children. While living in Brazil, Nadine founded her own school teaching English. Nadine can certainly teach us a thing or two and was the first person to receive the Covid vaccine in the Brazilian state after creating awareness of its importance in nursing women. While working in a very busy role in the hotel, Nadine is also currently completing her thesis in a three-year course studying tourism through college in Brazil. In Nadine's spare time she enjoys cycling and fishing, which she does at one of her favourite places in Tralee, Derrymore.
Her proudest achievement is making the move to Brazil and if she could give advice it would be not to worry about what other people say, better to regret having done something than regret the what ifs!
Nadine's favourite part of her job is the contact she has with clients and getting to know them, from the initial enquiry to planning the event and finally seeing it running smoothly on the day.
