Today, we’re delighted to shine a spotlight on Jennifer Dee, our wonderful Conference, Banqueting & Wedding Manager here at The Rose Hotel.
Jennifer has been part of The Rose Hotel team since 2019, when she first joined us as a Restaurant Supervisor. From day one, her warm personality, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for hospitality made a lasting impression on both guests and colleagues alike.
Over the years, Jennifer has continued to grow within the hotel, taking on new challenges and responsibilities with enthusiasm and dedication. In 2022, she stepped into the role of Duty Manager before progressing to Conference & Banqueting Manager in 2023.
Today, Jennifer plays a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests, overseeing everything from conferences and special events to one of the most important days in a couple’s life, their wedding day.
Jennifer has become a key part of The Rose Hotel’s wedding team and proudly serves as Wedding Manager, helping couples create unforgettable wedding celebrations in the heart of Kerry.
From the very first wedding show-around to the moment couples say “I do,” Jennifer is dedicated to making every step of the wedding planning journey as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. Her calm and friendly approach, attention to detail, and passion for creating memorable wedding experiences have made her a trusted support for so many couples planning their dream wedding at The Rose Hotel.
Whether it’s an intimate celebration or a large wedding, Jennifer works closely with every couple to ensure their special day is personal, seamless, and truly unforgettable.

Outside of work, Jennifer has a creative side and enjoys hair styling, knitting, gardening, sea swimming and going for walks with her dog. For Jennifer, there’s no better way to unwind after a busy week than a cold dip at Ballyheigue Beach.
Jennifer says the best part of her role is the people she meets and the variety each day brings: “My job allows me to learn and grow; no two days are the same, which helps me develop both professionally and personally. I also enjoy the collaborative aspect of my work and being part of a team.”
