How early should I arrive for my spa treatment?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time to check in and get settled. A robe, towel and slippers will be provided for your comfort during your spa visit.
What skincare products do you use for your treatments?
We use ELEMIS skincare products throughout our treatments, offering a luxurious range designed to care for a variety of skin types and concerns.
Can I purchase ELEMIS products at Serenity Spa?
Yes, a selection of ELEMIS skincare products used throughout our spa treatments is available to purchase at Serenity Spa. Our therapists will be happy to recommend products best suited to your skin and individual skincare needs.

What facilities are available at Serenity Spa?
Serenity Spa features three dedicated treatment rooms, a peaceful Relaxation Room, sauna and steam room (for spa guests only), as well as manicure and pedicure stations offering a selection of nail treatments. Guests also have access to a changing area with lockers for their comfort and convenience.
What is included with my spa treatment?
Your spa treatment includes access to our sauna and steam room before your treatment, allowing you time to unwind and prepare for your treatment. Afterwards, you can continue to relax in our Relaxation Room, where light refreshments are provided.
What should I wear to the spa?
A robe, towel and slippers will be provided for your comfort. Please bring your own swimwear if you wish to use the sauna and steam room.
Can non-residents book treatments at the spa?
Yes, absolutely. Serenity Spa welcomes both hotel residents and non-residents. Guests can choose from our range of spa treatments or enjoy one of our Day Spa Packages. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred treatment, date and time.
What are the opening hours for Serenity Spa?

Can I have a spa treatment if I have a medical condition?
Please let our spa team know of any medical conditions when booking. Depending on the condition and treatment, you may be advised to consult your doctor in advance.
What happens if I am late for my spa appointment?
If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened and the full treatment charge will still apply. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to carry out your treatment and the full charge will apply.
What is the cancellation policy for spa treatments?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations and will be happy to help you reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% charge, increasing to 75% within four hours of your appointment. No-shows will be charged in full.
What is the age requirement for Serenity Spa?
Guests must be 18 years or older to use Serenity Spa and its facilities.
Do you offer treatments suitable during pregnancy?
Yes, we offer a pregnancy massage specifically designed for expectant mothers. Please let our Spa team know that you are pregnant when booking so we can ensure the treatment is suitable for you.
Can I purchase a Serenity Spa gift voucher?

Do you offer any locally sourced spa products?
Serenity Spa stocks ORRA, an Irish wellness brand offering sustainably hand-harvested Atlantic seaweed and Seaweed Infused Body Oil, both available to purchase at the spa. ORRA Seaweed can also be added to your stay to enjoy a relaxing seaweed bath in the comfort of your room.
Is parking available for spa guests?
Yes, complimentary parking is available for all spa guests, with secure underground parking as well as convenient parking directly in front of the hotel.
