Hi Mark,
I wanted to take a moment to personally thank you and your team at The Rose Hotel for helping us deliver such a successful company away day on June 19th. The entire experience from start to finish was exceptional, and we are so grateful for all the support you provided.
A special mention must go to Aisling. The preparation in the lead-up to the day was second to none. Every query we had was handled quickly and professionally, which gave us complete confidence that everything would run smoothly.
The onsite assistance the night before was particularly appreciated – Andrea and the team went above and beyond to make sure we were set up and ready, which took a huge amount of pressure off.
Jennifer was our main point of contact on the day. Her calm approach, problem-solving skills, and “nothing is too much trouble” attitude really stood out. Having someone so approachable and dependable there made a big difference to the flow of the day.
Many of our colleagues commented on how welcoming the staff were and how well looked after they felt throughout. Those who stayed overnight were particularly impressed by the comfort and high quality of the rooms, which made their stay even more enjoyable. The facilities were excellent, and the food and refreshments were absolutely first class.
Thank you again for making our away day such a positive and memorable experience. We would be delighted to return to The Rose Hotel in the future and will be highly recommending it to others.

Our Event went perfectly at the Rose Hotel
I am Chair of the Kerry Community Awards Committee and we held our awards ceremony in the Lee Suite at The Rose Hotel on 25th May. I have nothing but praise for the staff of the hotel for their help and assistance leading up to and on the day of the event. The Suite was decorated perfectly the meal served hot and promptly and was excellent. Over 240 members attended on the night and not one complaint. If you’re thinking of holding an event The Rose Hotel and its staff cannot be faulted. Sales Manager Aisling is a dream to deal with.

We recently held our annual conference at The Rose Hotel Tralee. From the very first conversation I had with Aisling Foley, Sales Manager, she instilled considerable confidence in me that The Rose would be the right choice in relation to a venue for our annual conference.
At all times, I found her to be professional, guiding but not imposing, directive but not overbearing. All my questions along the way were answered promptly and with respect. Indeed, I was treated as if I was her only client her person-centred approach was so visible.
The food, the staff, the care and attention to detail ensured that our few days in the kingdom will never be forgotten by our delegates. Even though the hotel was busy nonetheless we were dealt with kindly, efficiently and with great care by all staff but especially the management team, the restaurant staff and of course, Aisling.
I would have no hesitation in recommending The Rose Hotel Tralee as a venue for a conference, wedding or family gathering.

The service at The Rose Hotel was exceptional. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results. The hospitality in this hotel has been nothing short of Excellent. The rooms are spacious, clean and super comfortable. The banquet staff were extremely attentive to every detail and very professional. Overall the meeting went great, and everyone’s palette was satisfied with the Amazing food. The Rose Hotel helped create something special for us with the eCommerce Summit. There were the human elements, Aisling and Madeleine so easy to deal with and they shared in the vision and managed the risk for a start-up conference, without putting me under any stress. They planned for the things I knew nothing about. The venue itself helped create a mini cocoon for a group of tech professionals from across Europe where they networked, shared stories and made friends with ease. The hotel left a lasting impression with our guests and they are already making plans for their trip in 2020. As a team we were grateful to the entire Rose team for treating us as their own and for the hospitality before and since. We are confident with their support we can develop our conference into the best of its kind in Europe

Good Morning Aisling,
We had a fantastic weekend in the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and gives a lovely sense of peace and relaxation when you step inside.
Jennifer was exceptional all weekend and the meeting went off without a hitch.
Members were delighted with the rooms especially the accessible room which Teresa said was perfect.
The staff in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner were very professional but also very engaging with us, which was lovely as it is a long time since I have found this in a hotel.
We will definitely use the hotel again next year.

We recently held our CSG rebrand event at the Rose Hotel. The whole event from the initial inquiry through to the final wrap was flawless.
We received lots of compliments from the senior management team and from our guests on how well the event was run.

Kerry County Council uses The Rose Hotel for a wide variety of events, including training events, workshops, functions and formal Council meetings.
Each time we contact The Rose Hotel they are always hugely helpful, advising and assisting us with our needs, and providing immediate confirmation of our booking.
During our events there is always somebody on hand to assist us with AV, food and drink, or a last-minute change in arrangements or room set-up. We are always satisfied with the venue and The Rose Hotel’s professional team.
