The Rose Hotel's Award Winning Success in 2019


The Rose Hotel are celebrating a fantastic end to 2019, having received four awards at recent awards ceremonies this month. 

At the beginning of the month, the dedicated team at The Rose Hotel was delighted to have received the Best Customer Experience Award at The Kerryman Business Awards. One of the most prestigious business events in county Kerry, The Rose Hotel were delighted to have had their commitment to excellence and customer service rewarded, with judging carried out by an independent panel of judges. 

The hotel’s success continued with the news that The Rose Hotel also received three awards at the second annual Connect Kerry Hospitality Awards which took place on the 13th November in the INEC, Killarney. The Rose Hotel team was thrilled to have received three awards, with Dott’s Bar receiving the award for Best Casual Dining 2019, Odran Lucey winning the award for Unsung Hero 2019 and General Manager Mark Sullivan being awarded the Editor’s Choice Award 2019. 

The Rose Hotel is over the moon to have received these four awards this month, ending a winning year with a grand total of 10 awards. Thanks to the high level of customer service that is offered all year round, the hotel also picked up the Best Spa Award at the Hi Style Hair & Beauty Awards, a Gold Award at the Irish Accommodation Services, Best Spa Award at the Connect Kerry Hospitality Awards, Chic Wedding Venue award at Brides of Kerry Awards, while Madeleine Doyle also received the award for Wedding Coordinator of the year. Lastly, Aisling Foley, Sales & Marketing Manager was awarded the Best in Customer Service Award at Connect Kerry Women in Business Awards 2019. 

Speaking about the recent awards, General Manager, Mark Sullivan, said, “This year was one of our most successful years for our team. We are delighted to have received these awards and it is very exciting to see our team being recognised in all areas. It’s a very exciting time for the hotel and we’re looking forward to continued success in 2020.”
